1. Services
Amsterdam Unfolded offers guided tours, storytelling experiences, and curated travel services in Amsterdam and other cities across the Netherlands. All tours are designed for informational and recreational purposes.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved platforms.

  • Payments are required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes, unless specified.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of booking are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more after booking are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

4. Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for arriving on time for tours.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during tours.

  • Tours may involve walking and exposure to outdoor weather; please dress appropriately.

5. Age & Participation

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Some tours may have age or accessibility restrictions; these will be noted in the tour description.

6. Photography & Media

  • Amsterdam Unfolded may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us prior to the tour.

7. Changes to Tours

  • Amsterdam Unfolded reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • Substitutions or alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

8. Liability

  • We provide tours in good faith and with professional care, but we are not liable for accidents, injuries, or other incidents outside our control.

  • By participating in our tours, you agree to assume responsibility for your personal safety.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and trademarks on the Site are owned or licensed by us. You may use the Services only for personal or internal business purposes. No part of the Services may be copied, shared, or republished without written permission. To request usage rights, email info@amsterdamunfolded.com.

10. User Representations & Prohibited Activities
By using the Services, you confirm that:

Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC), seated in The Netherlands. Proceedings will be in Dutch. Exceptions apply for intellectual property and urgent relief.
